IBR at Carmel Health and Living Center
For the past few months, the IBR Bullies have been visiting the Carmel Health and Living Center and spending time with the residents. This has always been a great opportunity for the IBR to give back to the community and spread some bullie love! This time, we are opening the invitation to all bullies and their owners who would like to volunteer with us.
For your bullie to volunteer, please make sure that your bullie will be able to handle lots of attention in a calm and loving manner. We visit lots and lots of residents during our trip and we even
go room by room and say hello to as many residents as we can. There is alot of walking involved, but you can feel free to bring bullie wagons, etc to help assist those that may not like to walk. In
addition, your bullie MUST be up to date on vaccinations and you must bring proof of vaccinations with you to the event.

This is an annual event that consists of a car show, silent auction, animal
organizations and businesses, and much more! Some of the booths this year consist of Natural Balance, Kokomo Humane Society, Pals for Paws Rescue and the Indiana
Bulldog Rescue!

Join the IBR at the Milano Inn Sunday, July 1st from 4pm-9pm! 10% of every dining bill will go to the rescue if you tell your server you are supporting the IBR! It will be a fun night of Italian food, bocce ball and bullies! Dogs are welcome to attend as well!

IVEC Pet Carnival
The IBR will be attending the 2012 IVEC Pet Carnival on Saturday, July 14th! The carnival will be from 10am-2pm and will host many different organizations and businesses! This year will include "America's Got Talent" semi-finalists Tony Hoard and his K9 Fritz B Crew, pet competitions, SplashZone, adoptables on site, discount microchipping and much more!
The IBR will have a booth where you can learn more about the rescue, check out some IBR merchandise and meet some of our bullies (weather permitting)! Come out and visit us! All pets are welcome!

IBR @ Butler's 20th Annual Bulldog Jog
The Indiana Bulldog Rescue will be attending Butler University's 20th Annual Bulldog Jog! The 20th anniversary of the 5k run/walk held by Butler is extra special this year - A one mile dog walk (led by Blue II) has been added to the day's events! In addition, Blue II is collecting pet supplies to be donated to the IBR and the Humane Society of Indianapolis! Be sure to bring your supplies to donate and in return you will get an autographed picture of Butler's Blue II!
The IBR will have a table outside of the Health & Recreation Complex and, weather permitting, we will have several of our foster bullies there to greet you! If the weather takes a turn for the worse, our table will be moved inside and the bullies will no longer be attending. Please check back with the IBR closer to the event and we will announce whether or not the bullies will be in attendance.
